Who am I to offer this strategy session?
Hi! I'm Kim, and over the past 10 years I’ve supported clients 1:1 on more than 5,000 1:1 sessions, helping them scale to six-, multi-six-, and seven-figure businesses while generating over $2.2M in my own business.
Since I’ve been fully booked for the past 8 years working with 20+ private clients at a time, I’m only able to open a limited number of these calls. These are first come, first served.
Here's what to expect during your 45-minute session:
- A pre-session questionnaire to share more details about the business, bigger vision and goals, challenges, and what you'd like to focus on to make the most use of our time together.
- On our session, we'll review your business and identify the challenges and blocks preventing your growth and the biggest opportunity and right lever to press (this might be clarity, strategy, mindset, or action) to support scaling smarter, simply, and sustainably.
- Together, we'll get clear on the RIGHT problems to solve and focus for next steps to set your business up for reliable, recurring, and scalable $10k-$100k months.
- If it's feeling like a fit on both sides, I'm happy to share more about what it would look like to work together and upcoming availability.
